Reported this before but don't see it here.
Kids come flying down Enfield St on the sidewalk on their bikes and don't stop at the street, and you can't see them when pulling out of New King St. due to hedge. The sign--Yield to Pedestrians does no good when you still can't see anyone until you are in the sidewalk. If someone would drive there and look!! at it you could see they still need to be trimmed back more or pulled out before someone gets killed!!! Someone is going to get badly hurt or killed here.
