    For three weeks, WM has NOT picked up our recycle waste. Three neighbors have contacted me this morning to inquire the same.

    Today, 10/19, our waste wasn't picked up. Neatly bagged and tied and placed in our waste bins with covers closed, e.g. not over filled.
