Leaning tree can be fixed if done quickly

These safety bollards were removed during construction. Construction is over. When will they be replaced back to the red dots. They were providing a very valuable safety in reducing the turning radius and, more importantly, reducing the speed of the turning drivers.

This new and permanent concrete building obstruction in the middle of the sidewalk. It's about six inches above the sidewalk level. Perfect tripping hazard. Violates pedestrian plan that restricts meandering sidewalk paths and obstructions.
Hopefully this won't s an error, has not been approved by the city and will be fixed.

The paving is awful on the one block. Hasn't been trying aces or filled in many years.
Almost impossible to ride my bike on this anymore.

I wanted to bring this to your attention in case you don’t know about this yet. I was misled by the signal lights and almost got into a severe collision while driving thru this intersection.
I was driving north on Broadway preparing to turn right onto Tilden toward the bridge.
In the photo, you can see three signal lights pointing at me. The shortest one I’ve colored green because it was green at the time of the confusion (The others remained red) In the right turn lane, for me, this green meant I should continue my turn unimpeded without conflicts. I began to turn right As cars on Tilden heading towards the bridge began to also move. Luckily I stopped in time.
My question/comment is that I believe this green light that I saw was not intended for me but for the traffic on Tilden. Is this correct? If so then it’s pointed in the wrong direction. If it was intended for me then why was the traffic on Tilden moving? In any case this is all very confusing and dangerous.

Deep potholes in the intersection. Major problem for bicyclists and impaired crossing. These are worse that the usual street repair patches.
