    Starting at McCrory Ave on Perkins Rd going south towards Summer Ave, there are approximately 16 extremely heavy medium to large tree branches hanging over at least one lane of traffic which at any time could fall down on vehicles with strong winds and/or winter storms. Many of these tree branches are already bent down from weather. These are hazardous to drivers. Thank you for your attention.

    At the intersection of White Station and Summer Ave, it is recommended that instead of only one right turn lane, change both lanes into right turn lanes to eliminate a 3 mile long stretch of vehicles waiting to turn right onto Summer Ave during the 3 hours of "rush hour". This change would be especially helpful all day each day for the multiple thousands of people making that right turn and having to wait through many red lights. Also the left lane can have arrows for vehicles to be directed to either turn right or go straight. This will eliminate the daily bottleneck driving north on White Station approaching Summer Avenue. As motorists get use to this "new 2 lanes to turn right", motorists will get use to getting in the correct lane in case, after they are on Summer Ave, they will be turning left at the red light located a few feet past the overpass. In addition to this recommendation for two right turn lanes, there will possibly need to be adjustments to the traffic lights for two lanes turning. Thank you for your considerations.

    The traffic flow coming off Stage Rd turning onto Kate Hyde Blvd has greatly increased since New Businesses, i.e., Panera Bread, Bancorp Bank and another new business about to open just a few feet from Panera Bread. It is recommended that a portion of the concrete median on Kate Hyde Blvd. be removed so that customers going to the Longhorn Steakhouse and/or the Bank of America ATM located on the back side of the Longhorn's, can turn into their parking lot without having to do a U-turn to get to the restaurant or go through Lowe's parking lot. This change would also assist travelers from Walmart using the new exit and customers coming from Panera Bread and Bancorp and the new business about to open soon - this will assist everyone with more options for arriving at and/or leaving these businesses and will eliminate the current hazard of not being sure which car turning and which car doing a U-turn will not be hit. The current concrete median begins at the traffic light and goes back beyond the new driveway that Panera, Bancorp and Walmart now are using. Thank you for looking into this recommendation.

    7454-7474 Stage Road Bartlett, Tennessee - Memphis
    Heading West on Stage Rd approaching Brothers Blvd., about 10 feet back from the traffic light in the right lane, there are 2 sinkholes to the right of the lane. Just about the time your car dips down to the right in these sinkholes, you encounter 2 additional sinkholes under both left tires of your vehicle. The sinkholes still have pavement in them, yet the impact of swaying from side to side while attempting to turn right or just going straight is quite a jolt. Thank you for making this repair.

    At Riverdale (see photo) and I-385 at the entrance and exit ramps the retaining wall needs steam cleaning and all ingrown vegetation cut back. Our City deserves to have all concrete retaining walls steam cleaned throughout the city roads and especially here at Riverdale Road. Thank you.

    Sitting at Riverdale Road at I-385 next to and including entrance and exit ramps grassy areas the bushes and trees have not been maintained in it looks like a year or more. High grass bushes, trees are extremely high. No landscape maintenance in a long time.

    At this location is Bartlett Road on the map. Bartlett Road runs from Summer Ave to Pleasant View. This distance on Bartlett Road is in dire need of not just paving but completely redone from the ground up. For approximately 750 from Summer Ave on Bartlett Road the road has been patched a multitude of times and is very rough. Thank you Memphis for restructuring and paving Bartlett Road.

    3009 Covington Pike Memphis, Tennessee - Raleigh
    At the Intersection of Stage Road and Covington Pike. Going South on Covington Pike approaching Stage Rd and Going North on Covington Pike approaching State Road there is an approximate 20-40 feet of concrete pavement that has not been finished in a repaving project several years ago. The concrete surface is across all three lanes going south and north on Covington Pike. The concrete surface is lined out, choppy and uneven at this intersection. The rest of the area including the intersection itself was repaved but not these approaching lanes. They require asphalt resurfacing to agree with the surrounding area. Thank you.

    Repaving badly needed for Summer Ave from Kirby Whitten to E. Parkway. Clearly with I-240 under construction for over a year and looks to be another year before completion of construction, hundreds of thousands of motorist must detour off I-240 at Sycamore View due to construction delays. The road is beat up by hundreds of thousands of motorists per week. Even repaving from Sycamore view to Highland would be an acceptable repaving project. This need is costing motorists $$$ for repairs vehicles. Thank you Memphis for your considerations.

    Intersection Walnut Grove And White Station Memphis, Tennessee - East Memphis-Colonial-Yorkshire
    Some months ago I submitted a request for this intersection at Walnut Grove and White Station to be dugout, prepared and grated flat and then resurfaced. Recently on White Station the City repaved this road from Poplar Ave to a few hundred feet past the Walnut Grove intersection leaving the intersection as it was. Yes we are all glad that White Station was paved. As for the intersection, all that was accomplished is another layer of asphalt went down on this wavy intersection and now the same rub board roly poly affect that was there before STILL exists and all that asphalt just fell in the gooves that ALREADY existed and the intersection which 50,000+ people a day is still in disrepair. This intersection must be shut down to accomplish the tearing off of the recent asphalt and completely redoing the intersection with digging down, installing rebar, gravel and other components before paving the road again. I'm sure the motorist will be glad to detour for this major change to take place. Thank you

    This request is regarding my previous Service Request for a traffic light with turn indicators in this general area. Serv Req 2669540 from March 21 and 25. There was another 3-5 car accident in this area yesterday that indicates the need for another traffic light on Summer Avenue. Multiple accident involving injuries and car/truck damages. Drivers literally are at the mercy of oncoming traffic and cannot enter the Summer Avenue roadway from the shopping and business area at this hotspot on Summer. This road is full of traffic 90-100% of the day. Thousands travel Summer Avenue and thousands more exit the freeway when it is bogged down (which is all the time). My service request was closed. I hope this is because a study is going on regarding the need for the traffic light with turn indicators at least near the At Home entrance/exit. Thank you for your attention.

    Austin Peay Off And On Ramps Memphis, Tennessee - Raleigh
    My request from several days ago was closed. I noted the request #2303757 had my request for New Haven, CT which is incorrect. The request is for Memphis, TN at the intersection of I-40 and Austin Peay Hwy. The Service Request number is 2659966. I request this be reopened for Memphis, TN The on and off ramps on both sides of this location are in need of serious repair. These on and off ramps on both sides of Austin Peay need to be completely torn out and reinstalled as the surfaces cannot bear anymore patches. Thank you for reopening this request. I'm not sure how this request had an out of state address on it but it was not from my request.

    5328 Summer Avenue Memphis, Tennessee - Raleigh
    This location is in great need of a traffic light (with arrow turn indicators) on Summer Ave. This will accommodate the over 50,000 motorists in this area multiple times a day. It is almost impossible to come out of the mall area and U-Haul across the street in heavy traffic times. Also a new business is about to open soon where the Luby's property was purchased. Even though there is a traffic light a few hundred feet away, that light does not accommodate the extreme amount of traffic on Summer Ave. If the interstate is shut down the problem worsens. With the At Home Store and the other mall businesses and the businesses across the street, this new traffic light with turn arrows is very important. The flow of traffic coming from White Station in the afternoons bottles this area up as well. Thank you.
