I have talked twice the the husband and once to the wife. They are not from this country so don't understand we like clean neighborhoods. With the new parking congestion by the Rehab center on the block and their employees parking their cars on the street all spaces are needed. Besides it makes the area look trashy. Lawn sometimes mowed.
