    The left turn lane was switched last year to only 1 lane to turn left. EVERYONE still turns left in both lanes. There has been many close call accidents due to people still use the both lanes to turn left. There should be signs on the lights due to the change or some officers needs to be there around 5pm to give tickets!!!

    The stairs at Riverside Park are extremely littered with broken glass, trash, leaves, debris, overgrown weeds. While walking the stairs, it is hard to walk closest to the rail because one can slip. If the stairs are perhaps powered washed and the glass can be swept up, it will make for a safer experience while walking the stairs. My daughter slipped the other day due to the debris on the stairs.

    I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the persistent issue of uncleanliness along our streets, particularly on 702 Cornell Rd. The sidewalks and gutters are consistently littered with trash and debris, creating not only an eyesore but also a potential health hazard.

    This neglect not only detracts from the aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood but also discourages community members from enjoying our public spaces. Moreover, it could potentially affect local wildlife and contribute to the pollution of our city’s waterways.

    I urge the responsible department to address this issue promptly by increasing the frequency of street cleaning operations and enforcing littering laws more rigorously. We, as a community, deserve to live in an environment that reflects our collective respect for our city and each other.

    This vacant property looks terrible.
    Why does DPS which is only a block away not maintain the property and bill the vacant owner?

    Trailers not moved ,not in condition to move, truck hasn't moved parked on Troy street for months (has spider webs in the wheels. Tractor under tarp not moved for years, pieces of tractor not moved for years. Just all around looks like parking lot for trailers, one (white) looks to be no functional tires or even correct plates. Is there anything explosive to be aware of? Been parked for years, and years with no movement. Been complained about before but read no details on or seen anything done after complaint after complaint. Is this citizen above the ordinances?

    Large tree with large branch overhanging the sidewalk with a split all the way down to the trunk. Website won’t let me upload photos but the split is large enough to see clearly through. Approached owner of house and he said the city continues to “thank him for his concern” for months. You’re telling me the city has been told about this numerous times and has been ignoring it? What if this falls and kills or seriously injures someone?? And then there’s the very large dead part in the middle that is going to demolish whoever’s car is parked underneath it someday.

    I live near this home and on Sunday, May 5 rescued a baby raccoon that was trying to get into the house. I would assume there are more likely living on the property. Neighbors also regularly see squirrels entering and exiting the home through a hole in the exterior cladding.
