Question / Comment"Our daughters have tested for very high levels of toxic mold at Holy Family Rwgional School north campus at 1240 Inglewood, Rochester Mi 48307
I can share independent mold blood tests that have been taken. Our home has been tested using the most advanced equipment and it is not in our home, our inspector could smell on their backpacks!
Kids /staff are so sick at the school , if you ask to see the complaints daily for nosebleeds, headaches, nausea, vomiting, migraines etc it’s almost every child suffering with some complaint!
They said they did “air sampling” but the molds are too heavy to find in the air. I want to sent my children’s labs to show you and other parents have children with the same molds! They are from “water damaged buildings”
Ochratoxin A:
Gliotoxin
Cladosporium
Aspergillus Auto ToxinThey are denying there is a problem because they are too worried about backlash but it’s getting worse and the amount of people sick is increasing! Please help us!"

Tree Maintenance Archived1280 Putnam Cir Rochester, Michigan, 48307 - RochesterThe home owner located at 1280 Putnam Circle cut all of his trees down and left the trunks standing 5-6 feet tall. There are 4 visible trees from the street. The HOA has been communicating with this home owner since May 2023 and nothing has been done. Don't you need a permit to cut down a tree anyways? This looks so unsightly.

Potholes Archived1194 Terra Ln Rochester, MI, 48306, USA - RochesterThere are two areas at the Ramblewood street entrance that also need some pot hole patching. The first is by the end of the island as you turn into the entrance from Runyon. The second is on Runyon just as you turn right on to Runyon from the stop sign on Ramblewood. The asphalt edge that abuts the concrete curb edge has broken away. That area is about 4 inches wide and two feet long. Thanks.

Rental Property Issues Archived1246 Welland Dr Rochester, MI, 48306, USA - RochesterPlease help !
I live in an eight unit with one old roof condominium. There is mold throughout the walkout basement/garage area and first floor. ( and I'm sure attic howver theywould not allow a mold test) The board and management company (I first contacted the management Co /board back in Sept 2022) are ignoring me , Iso I hired an attorney April 5th2023 . They still have ignored requests to meet with us regarding this health concern and building conditions. One tenant had to go to the hospital for breathing issues last summer. Now , the board is just covering up . Putting new drywall over damaged areas without getting rid of the mold, OR checking the wood beams and replacing all the insulation. . DAYS after the common areas were steamed cleaned and some deodorant was put down thorough out the area, they finally did a mold test . The Rochester city inspector came out last fall and told me to contact the health department if they continued to be neglectful. They keep refusing to talk with me and the attorney. The board's attorney that was notified June 1st seems to be ignoring us as well . The annual board meeting was last Tuesday June 27 , was conveniently canceled. Both attorneys were there and they ( board& management Co still refused to discuss this health and building issues.
There is also a rodent infestation they're ignoring. Also , four residents on the 2nd floor have something coming through the ceilings they're ignoring . The building(s) is one step form falling into the creek
