    I left a message on the general mailbox that my recycling along with my neighbor across the street and next door did not have our recycling picked up today. It is clear that the rest of the street/neighborhood was serviced. Since this is every other week I would appreciate if someone came and picked it up.

    Which links to an outdated 2023 recycling calendar and has zero information about what day trash is picked up in each neighborhood.

    In addition the recycling calendar (including the current 2024 one) doesn't explain the difference between a green or blue week, while using a green header block above blue text talking about what goes into blue recycling bins. So is the green block indicating the recycling information relates to a green week? Or do blue bins and blue a text colors mean it's related to a blue week?

    And how about making the thing printable? The blue and green colors turn to gray when printing on a b/w printer, so they become meaningless. And if pickup is every other week, why have two sets of shading on the calendar to begin with - just shade the pickup weeks and leave the other weeks alone. That would eliminate any questions about what a green or blue week are, as well as the issue with printing when someone doesn't have a color printer.

    I went out early this morning to do errands. My trash was not emptied at the time so I left. When I came home my trash was emptied so I looked in the trash receptacle and discovered someone dropped their dog extrament in a plastic bag. Over the past months people drop plastic bags in my container. I am a senior citizen and walk with a cane. The container is too large for me to clean and handle....AND how can I empty the plastic bags and the dog extrament (in a plastic bag)?

    This residence operates a used car repair and selling operation on a dead end residential street. Gomez Enterprises, LLC drops and collects vehicles with sale paperwork displayed and MA dealer plates. Preparation work on vehicles (repairs and cleaning)occur behind 6ft fence. Multiple vehicles on property, often parked across the sidewalk cause it to be unusable.

    The crosswalk lights are not working and haven't been for a while. Working at Venture X, if I need to walk across to the CVS or to Chipotle/McDonalds across the street, it's super dangerous due to crosswalk lights not working and not being able to request lights to stop

    The Employee parking garage is once again being neglected, suspicious individuals are still rounding the parking garage with the intention of breaking into the cars. Also the stairs have been neglected and trash, other items ( including syringes ), foods and even human excrement is being found often in the stairs. Apparently the city has forgotten to maintain this private garage. This is very disappointing !! .

    There is a major pothole near the intersection of Dwight St & Northampton St which has caused a manhole cover to become partially exposed. This has caused a major safety issue as it could result in blown tires and other vehicle accidents. Road repair is required asap do resolve the public safety issue.
