In front of this address, there is a dead tree in the lawn strip that is hanging over the street.

Cement lot across from Lawrence Park on Aurora St NW, in back of Country Fair Shopping Shopping Center is a big mess of high weeds.Please request owner of this lot (I believe it is Country Fair) to spray ,kill,pull up weeds. Harter Hts Neighborhood Assoc. is working hard to clean-up & maintain Lawrence Park & this is ugly to look at. It is always a problem & several residents report it fairly often. Businesses who make money in our city need to be good neighbors & maintain what they own. Please help.Thanks!

Located in Mellett Plaza, issue concerns "Family Dollar" Store. For at least 1 month, the "open" door has been badly cracked. The door does not even fully close when you enter. I hav seen children press on the glass part of door to open it. This is an unsafe,insecure & ugly looking issue. Also, this store had been keeping window signs & display stacks neat after they were reported once before; however, that is getting sloppy the last few months, Signs are not neatly printed & displayed with ugly tape.Lastly, items seen through store windows are not neatly stacked that makes it look junky.Many of us in this area patronize this store & this ugliness is reflected on our city. There are 6 other Family Stores in operation nearby;so, I feel action on the one I am reporting should receive follow-up. Thank you

The name of this business printed on bold green slab attached to front that facec Whipple Ave NW across from Fisher's on W.Tusc reada ACE-Checks cashed-Debit cards. A Rally's drive Through used to be there/on side visible from West Tusc, are 3 round (all broken) concrete round tables & benches that need removed by whomever owns the area they set on. They are not in useable condition;serve no purpose; & make a very trashy appearance. Also in front of this business at end of slope near Whipple Ave is a fair sized piece of yellow curbing from somewhere just laying there loose. Appreciate city's efforts in having this all cleaned up.

I apologize if this becomes a duplicate entry;however, I reported it at least a month ago & I have seen the issue acknowledged yet. The Issue is a very dilapidated sign on corner of W.Tusc & Harter Ave NW listing name of the apartment complex. Now there is also a blue silk pole sign advertising rentals. This sign needs painted or removed by owner of these apartments. The building is shabby enough & this makes it worse. We need every bit of ugliness deteriorating West Tusc taken care of. This was once an dignifined main street & this sign adds to the trashy look we residents & visitors have to look at. Please help.

Sign advertising these apartment buildings has been an eyesore for years. one was removed a block away while I was servingg as councilman & am requesting the owner repaint or replace this one. West Tusc is looking shabbier by the day and this is one ugly item. Thanks for your help.

Car has been parked at this location for 3 weeks;left front wheel falling off;vehicle inoperable

This property has been on and off of demo list. Garage is barely standing . Health Dept had deemed this very bad.I believe Mayor had received calls in 2015. It is very near Clarendon school & many agreed it had to go. If possible, would you provide updated status.

License plates are current.Reddish color;cacillac.Car has large blue tarp covering it.Has not been moved for weeks.

There is a fairly large pile of carpet at this location. It has been there for a while & has become wet and looks heavy to pick. Unsightly looking.

Received report from a resident that this property has trash in front and in back of house that needs cleaned up.

I had reported this some time ago & received info that it had been handled;thus, it has been deleted from the system. This house is an occupied rental. It has a long backyard with a tree at end of their property.This tree is dying;large limbs are falling into the yard that meets the backyard of resident who lives at 1145 Smith Ave SW. Pile of carpet at curb that is not bundled properly for pick up. It has been there for two weeks;is wet; & appears to be heavy. This property is an occupied rental.

There is huge pile of all kinds of stuff that I saw yesterday May be the result of an eviction.

neighbor states large bush on SW corner of Valley DR NW & Valleyview Ave NW is obstructing driver's view when going south
