    Piedmont Avenue And West Macarthur Intersection Oakland, California - Oakland
    The left turn signal for northbound traffic on Piedmont Avenue (turning onto westbound MacArthur) is broken or needs to be reprogrammed. The left turn signal either skips the green (cars waiting to turn left are skipped over and the light never turns green) or when it does turn green, only allows one car through even though there may be multiple cars waiting. Please fix because this is causing a huge backup for cars needing to turn left onto West Mac!

    Please stop the valet service at 2101 Webster Street from routinely double parking in and blocking the dedicated bike lanes as part of its normal operations. This is not a once-in-a-while thing, but every day. Please send parking enforcement to ticket these vehicles and encourage the valet service to move operations to a more suitable location.
