At noon today, there was one car 100% on the grass to the left of the driveway and another car with two wheels on the grass to the right of the driveway.

Classic parking creep. Note gravel added to muddy area to the left of the paved driveway. This is clearly beyond the curb cut. Can you please check that this expansion is permitted by the parking plan? Thank you.

There is trash in the front yard including pile of old tires that have been there several weeks. In addition, court mandated parking barrier has again been removed allowing cars access to the lawn. Please have barrier reinstalled to protect grass. thanks

Here we go again...the chain came down, the car (same as two days ago) was back on the lawn. It is hard for me to believe that Code enforcement can't do something meaningful to stop this violation of an unambiguous court order. There are now three photographs of a car on the lawn with a license plate number clearly visible. Please do some enforcement to effectively stop this violation so I don't need to send pictures and you all don't need to respond.
