    Residents are launching mortar sized fireworks from a backyard that are landing on rooftops on Oak Street. Large scale starbursts 50-100 feet in the air that are cascading onto property and trees. It's only a matter of time before a fire results. The noise level is obscene and consistently sounds like exposives are being detonated in the immediate area. Also there was an exceptioally louder explosion earlier that was not a firework, at least not a visibly launched one, possibly a ground detonation in a tube. It was enough to think that the powerplant had exploded again, and made us fearful to approach the windows in neighboring apartments. If this happens again pictures will be provided.

    Pretty sure they live here. Two cars in particular constantly reving rice rocket cars that sound like souped up lawnmower engines. Very loud music also. And for some psychotic reason it's always the same exact song...

    I've been approached twice by the same person over the course of three weeks or so with a very convincing sob story about his car being towed away for repairs or some nonsense and that he needs ten dollars to call a cab. He's always wearing a red hoody and a red ball cap. Hes about 6'+, black and a very smooth talker. He tries to get me to use the ATM at BofA across the street when I tell him I dont carry cash.

    I experienced extreme racism from residents at this address. I was chased by three young black men who left this building solely to follow me around the block screaming kill whitey and throwing water bottles at me. I was walking home from the ymca, I called the cops but people should know. I just moved here a few months ago. I don't know anyone.
