    Along the backside of the Blount Street deck, there are lots of light poles between the deck and the neighboring building that are out. The whole alleyway is dark!

    Over half of the street lights on Wake Forest Road at 440 (both north and south of the highway) are out. Very dark lanes in this area. Particularly, the steel street lights are all out, plus others.

    As Person Street passes Franklin, there needs to be immediately some signs and pavement markings warning people that the Right Lane turns onto Sasser. Too many cars are still waiting for the very last second to suddenly (and dangerously) shift to the left. The first sign doesn't even appear untill after you pass the curve turning into Wake Forest Road. Definitely need to warn the motorists sooner rather than later. I've seen MANY near-crashes here since this has been changed to a two-lane road.

    I was in Nash Square at night recently and it was incredibly dark. About a third of the lamp-posts are out (and others are blocked by tree branches). Also the spotlights that used to be in the taller trees are no longer working.
    With Moore Square now closed for construction, I think we need to make sure Nash Square is a good safe alternative for downtown visitors. Making sure all the lights are working will help.
