Porch theft OpenOutlook Ave - Mills CollegeWatch out for this person driving in a green, late model, 2 door car. Surveillance could not pick up the license plates. This person walked up to our property on 5/30/2019 at 8:10pm and stole a UPS package from our porch. UPS driver is new and he is delivering packages in view for thieves.
