Duck pond severely overgrown! Some TLC here would go a long way for the locals. Thanks.

This issue was originally reported on January 28, 2017, nearly 1 1/2 months ago. Despite this issue being strictly on city property, the City closed this ticket citing it had been brought to the developers attention. No action has resulted and the area is still hazardous and unsightly. ... original report: "This sidewalk and boulevard is in desperate need of some TLC. This mud is tracking everywhere and causes slippery obstacles for persons with mobility aides. Would be nice to see this cleaned up then made so the construction vehicles aren't tracking mud through the neighbourhood. Thanks SCF."

Looks like this was hit by a snowplough or an authorized vehicle

Quayside Dr at pay parking lot (near discovery centre.) These lights are SUPER confusing for motorists because they are so close to the intersection of Begbie St. at Front St. The lights on Quayside Dr. are currently flashing red indicating three-way stop procedures and this makes much more sense. Even better, the lights could be pedestrian controlled. Traffic for the parking lot is not heavy enough to warrant a full 3-way light controlled intersection. In summary, there are too many traffic control devices placed consecutively (Begbie/Front, railway crossing, flashing amber intersection light, then Quayside lights.) Driver confusion will cause a collision or pedestrian injury if these series of traffic control devices aren't simplified.

Two lights burned out: one mid-path between bottom of stairs and Ross drive. One at top of stairs near Ross drive-side of pedestrian overpass.

I realize the photo is in the daylight, however, this street lamp is in fact burned out. We've observed this during the dark hours for about two weeks now.
