    very HUGE POTHOOLS in GRIFFIN FRENCH Alley between 2nd and 3rd streets. Second request. First request was 12/1/15!! CAN BEARLY DRIVE THROUGH THE ALLEY!! Need easy access to our business and employee parking. PLEASE REPAIR!!
