    I believe the Cambridge DPW is committed to reseeding this area adjacent to the Peabody/Rindge Avenue Schools, but here’s another vehicle driver who feels it’s appropriate to park where there’s no curb cut. This is unlikely a Schools staffer and more likely a local resident.

    This problem had, I was told, been resolved. Staff or parents have parked in an area that was originally lawn, with no curb cut. The schools have not petitioned to expand parking, and this area should be reseeded in the spring. In the meantime, barrels should be used to block off this area.

    2nd inquiry in 2 weeks. Has the Peabody/Rindge School been authorized to allow staff to park on lawn, without a curb cut? Last I heard, this was sent to School District for resolution, but nothing has been reported back. Thank you.
