The shoulders on Cecil Ashburn have been full of gravel since the ice storm. Cyclists are riding in the road to avoid it. Would be much appreciated if a street sweeper could run up and down the shoulders on Cecil to clear it out. Thank you.

There has been a tree's worth of debris directly adjacent to the west bound lane on Toll Gate at this intersection with Randolph for a few weeks now. Seems to be getting missed by the bulk pickup crews. Thank you.

Can this light on Bob Wallace be taken off a timer and use the sensors? It turns red on Bob Wallace when there is no one entering from Fairacres. Thanks

There is a significant abrupt "trough" that has suddenly developed in the Eastbound lanes approximately at the identified location.

The roadside brush is encroaching on the roadway along the side of the eastbound lane (land trust side).

There is a large shoulder on Cecil, which is great for cyclists, runners, and other pedestrians. However, since it's repaving, it has collected a large amount of gravel, glass, and other litter. Would it be possible to have a street sweeper clean the shoulders on Cecil Ashburn hill? Thank you very much.

The drainage ditch is blocked on north side of road with debris and there appears to be a possible water leak. Unclear if it's from the blocked ditch or a ruptured pipe.

Very tall grass around telephone pole is encroaching into the street.

There has been water covering the roadway here for a few days. Possible underground leak?

The traffic signals at the intersection of Madison Pike and Harolds Dr need to be reset. They switched to a timer a week or so ago and should be put back on the sensors.

The "on" and "off" ramps to this railroad crossing on Pratt Ave have become very uneven. If the on and off ramps to the track crossings could be smoothed out, it would be a great help.

Several potholes have reopened on Bankhead Pkwy between Toll Gate Rd and Maysville Rd. There are also a few potholes on Pratt Ave between Russell St and Maysville Rd - especially in the Westbound lane. All of the above are on the same 1.5mi stretch of road.

There is a tree covered in ivy that is hanging dangerously low over the westbound (downhill) lane of Bankhead Pkwy. I don't recall the exact location, but it is on Bankhead Pkwy around Oak Park Dr.

Early in the morning, this light is on a timer. I believe it should be on a sensor (needs to be reset?), similar to the rest of the lights on Bob Wallace. Often have to stop for no cross traffic.

Several pothole have reopened along Bankhead between Maysville Rd and Toll Gate Rd.
There is also a tree branch dangling above Bankhead close to Oak Park Dr. Should be pulled down if possible.

The parking lot for the Indian Creek green way off of Madison Pike should have at least one form of lighting. Many people frequent that green way (and parking lot) before sunrise and after sunset, especially as the days get shorter, and there are no lights in the parking lot; it's pitch black. I think at least one light would make it a safer area and less prone to any personal safety issues or property damage. Thank you for your consideration.
