During Imelda, someone drove over the sidewalks and small part of our lawn to avoid flooding in the street and crushed out water meter box, right next to the sidewalk, in the process. I found another cover after the flooding subsided, but now it won’t fit on the hole. I’m afraid someone is going to get hurt if they step on it as children walk by our house every day going home from school. Can the city please come replace the big plastic surround? Thank you!!
