    As the picture shows, either one of the work trucks that's repaving the alley way behind the 700 block of hilltop terrace, SE dropped or dumped the shown pile of dirt in the middle of the street (700 block of hilltop terrace, SE). Needs to be cleaned up.

    We are in need of high quality lighting on this street. Very dark in areas that could develop into crime areas. Many elderly residents in the neighborhood. We have been experiencing a rash of burglaries and I know for sure that improved lighting would serve as a deterrent.
