I have repeatedly placed a bulk item (lawn mower) for pick up on curbside trash/recycling days. It remains in front of my house again after the pick up today. Lawn mowers are defined as bulk items in Reading online documents and this has been confirmed with a call to the Rubbish and Recycling division at Town Hall.
