    The boat dock and JLAC is in poor repair. It has gotten very Wiggley. Additionally by the last cement pier the boards of the dock are beginning to break off and fall below the level of the dock. At timesJLAC tenants have had to retrieve the underpinning dock flotation from the estuary and put it back where it came from.

This has been leaking for a long time and there is no mold growing on the ceiling of the building in several places. The league also has disabled the alarm system as it is dripping directly onto the alarm sensor in bay 3. Additionally the gutters they won need to be cleaned or repaired as there's just a water bottle of water right in front of the door that makes it difficult to access the day for use of the boats

    There used to be two garbage cans at JLAC now there is only one it fills up and on Saturday tenants were not able to empty the garbage from the bays or the restroom area currently there's garbage flying all over the ground back here I know Milton has cleaned it up many times but having two garbage cans would help significantly
