There is mold on the ceiling of the kitchen, downstairs bathroom and cabinets. The mold issue appears to be caused by leaky pipes. Due to the mold and water damage debris is falling from the ceilings and walls. There is also no working doorbell.

Building is not secured in the back. There are concerns about potential squatters and children have been seen to be playing in the building. There is also a large hole in the roof of the building.

Renting without ROP, Infestation, Rotted floors & other code violations

Property is not being maintained.

Broken stairs in back of building along with garbage accumulation in the backyard, overgrowth in the front and backyards, cable wires in the side alley are hanging low causing potential life safety hazard concerns.

Work is being done on the house without a permit. It appears as though work is being done on the side of the house (scaffolding was put up and workers appear to be putting shingles on on the roof).

Properties where the issues are occurring are located at 598 ,600, 610 & 612 Third St.

The properties are not being maintained and individuals are occupying parts of these properties at times.

Multiple Code Violations - Neighbors concerned about property maintenance and trespassers.

There are leaks in one of the bedrooms causing the walls to become damp.

Building needs to be re-secured as animals have been seen going in and out of the premises.

Building is in disrepair and complainant is concerned about the building's safety.

Retaining wall is buckling and this is causing the fence and soil from neighbor's yard to sink and fall into this property's back yard.

Building is no longer secured.
