High weeds and grass at this vacant property. It really needs mowed.

The grass is very high at this abandoned property in the back yard.

Neighbor called and complained that the resident at this location are putting out trash bags without cans and animals are tearing up the trash. He said he saw a rat in the area and does not want rodents to take up residence.

The neighbor is very upset and would like to get this place mowed. The owner passed away and he is upset that he has to call in every year to get this mowed.

Caller states that there is high grass and weeds, laundry baskets, sweepers and other junk in the yard of this occupied property.

Per the caller (neighbor) the structure is falling apart and has a hole in the roof. She said that tiles from the roof keep blowing off along with nails causing damages to her car. The property has been vacant some time since the owner passed away. It appears that the family has abandoned the property. She has been having issues with rodents and feels it is because of this property.

Neighbors reported car abandoned behind Dollar Tree 3 years ago. The manager at the store said it doesn't belong to anyone at the store. Neighbors would love the car removed since animals are living under it.

Caller states that the grass is high and that the residents are parking their vehicles and motorcycles in the yard. He wants someone to make them mow and move the vehicles.
