Public street light outage in front of 100 Meghan Elizabeth ln
Light is on same side of street as house.
Easily accessible with no obstructions.

The corner lot at the corner of lexwin ave and cornell blvd., belongs to the city and has always been mowed by the city.
I think they have already mowed along this street but failed to mow their corner lot.
Tell them to mow the entire lot, down to the azalea bushes, which are on the my property line.

Public street light in front of 4915 Lance Ridge Ln is out

This light is located behind the bldg. In the apartment complex.
As you enter the parking lot, the light is behind the bldg. On the left. Not the bldg. On the right.
Also another light out is located on brewer rd. Beside the brewer rd entrance to planet fitness (Formerly Kmart).
Two more lights out (side by side) are located around the corner on old salisbury rd.
They are both located at the dead end of old salisbury, where "FENCE BUILDERS CO.," IS LOCATED.
These two lights are the last two lights on the right at the dead end of old salisbury, in front of FENCE BUILDERS BUSINESS.

Street Light out in front of 1845 darwick rd and also in front of 2012 hogan point dr.
Both are easily accessible, with no obstructions, for repair.

Street light out at 2047 w Clemmonsville Rd.
The stree light needing repair actually extends out over AUDREY ST. , which runs down beside 2047 w. Clemmonsville.
When you turn off of w Clemmonsville Rd, onto audrey st it is the first street light on the left.
The light extends out from the back yard of 2047 w Clemmonsville Rd over audrey st.

The light is beside the back yard of 3102 old salisbury rd. It extends over greenhouse rd

At 3045 green house rd. (Off of old salisbury rd ) there are approximately 10 large pot holes, in the asphalt.
Also, just as you turn on to greenhouse, off of old salisbury rd., that end of greenhouse rd., is dirt, not asphalt and has some major bumps in the rd.

Street light is out on brewer road directly across from ZUIDER ZEE DRIVE

In this picture is the mailbox located in front of 3650 Cornell Blvd.
In the background of this picture you can see a large pot hole on the hill.
I have reported this 6 months ago but it was never fixed.
I had reported the hole as Harvard rd.

Pot hole across from 1215 bridgton.
I have reported this spot twice before, but it was never repaired.
