    I submitted this as a pothole but it may be considered an "other issue" since it involves a drainage pipe. The asphalt covering the drainage pipe (gutter) in front of 2360 Thackeray Dr. has completely broken away so that 5 - 6 feet of the pipe is exposed. The pipe is rusting and cars driving over it are beginning to bend it. This street has many spots that need repair but this is the worst.
