I previously reported this problem. It was marked as serviced. It has not been repaired. It is at the intersection of Mullins Station (both directions) and the Greenway. There is extremely rough pavement. There are several potholes and places where chunks of pavement are missing.

There are numerous potholes or pavement cave ins on Appling Glen Rd. from Appling to the neighborhood (probably both directions). The address that comes forth is erroneous. It is as described here.

There are several potholes on southbound Appling between Reese Rd. & the interstate entrance which are in dire need of repair. Please fix

at the termination of eastbound Century Center Parkway where it turns to go northbound on Whitten are a number of potholes (or equivalents) which are in need of patching

On the merge lane from northwestbound Humphreys onto Eastbound Walnut Grove road are a number of potholes which are parallel to the flow of traffic in the merge lane- one of which is huge. There are also a number of smaller potholes which need to be filled in. The cold weather has caused these gaps.

at the end of the Westbound ramp that enters Humphreys Blvd. from Westbound ramp (which originates from Westbound Walnut Grove Rd. ) is a large gap which is perpendicular to the direction of travel. It is tantamount to a rough speed bump.

in eastbound turning lane on Walnut Grove to turn L onto northbound Farm Rd. is a large semi-circular part of pavement which is rapidly caving in

large pothole in eastbound L of 3 lanes going east (not the turning lane) before sign for Canterbury Woods Aprtments.

Renters vacated this property several weeks ago. It was quite obvious that the trash should be removed. It is an eyesore. Please get it removed properly & promptly preferably with an explanation of the reason(s) that this removal was not previously done.

several potholes on Century Center Pkwy (eastbound) between Macon Rd. & Whitten Rd.

several potholes on eastbound Macon beginning at approximately 0.2 miles beyond the intersection of Mullins Station & Macon Rd. The 1st is in the L most lane (of 3 lanes).

several large potholes on Macon Rd. to the best of my recollection approaching Whitten Rd. (but before in East bound lane)- probably the L hand lane

several gaps in the roadway on the bridge on Whitten Rd. going over I40. These gaps are perpendicular to the direction of travel. These gaps are present several times in both northbound and southbound lanes (again perpendicular to the direction of travel).

round pothole approximately 0.25 miles south of intersection of Reese Rd. & Whitten Rd. in middle southbound lane on Whitten Rd.

series of small aggravating potholes on Century Center Pkwy (eastbound) just before making a L hand turn onto northbound Whitten. These are on the L side of the L lane just prior to the intersection.

There is a series of small round chunks of pavement missing on the R side of the R lane of automobile traffic (northbound lane) adjacent to the address 1900 Whitten Rd. (38133)

on the R side of the R lane approaching 6641 Humphreys Blvd. (heading towards Kirby) is a small pothole which is dangerous to the numerous cyclists who traverse this route
