The traffic flow with the sequence of the lights heading South on Starkey is way is off. Traveling hours range from 7:15am-8:30am.Starting with Park Blvd/Starkey light not letting enough car thru heading south (there's more traffic traveling north/south than east/west). Once you finally make it thru green light that flow of traffic has to stop at the red light at Burning Tree Dr. to then have to stop again at the red light at 84th Lane North. Please research ton of traffic missing green lights because of light timing.

AGAIN!! routine complaint EXCESSIVE trash build up and NOT mowing lawn. trash had been piling up for 4 weeks now. Foul smell, seeing rats and snakes all over his yard my family can't even sit out back in my yard because of the foul smells from his house.

NOW!! Eric has added another trash bin "pretending" it's gonna get pick up!! from when I filed a complaint 10-17-18!! Same trash now, in another location for 3 days!! everyone else's trash had been picked up!

Building up trash in Eric drive way! lids come off trash is everywhere, rodents are seen with very bad smell coming from his soul trash! Eric does not have a trash service he just let's it build up til I complain.

I want all neighbors to know ERIC! He hasn't paid property taxes in 5 years! He gets spoken too and no action on his part is ever done! He can NOT take care of himself yet, alone a full size house! He doesn't have trash service (he can't mow his lawn without me making a complaint and then county has to tell him),his AC unit has been broke for years and now, it has become a snake/rat breeding area, his dog is infested with fleas! He's a Horder, and an ACTOR! He's not stable! We are completely fed up with babysitting a grown man to take care and appreciate his home and neighbors!

Eric has done nothing! case was closed last week and ALL the trash cans are still FULL with a FOUL smell!! my house next door 9337 just had our annual anti pesto
inspection and we now have a RAT problem!! inspection guy confirmed rats are coming from Eric house!!

Eric has had his trash cans FULL for weeks! He doesn't pay for trash service, it just keeps puling up! SMELLS!! we have seen rats,cats and seagulls around his trash. He also, has buckets of water just sitting there for mosquitos to breed in.

Back yard grass is knee high deep once again! Snakes are being spotted.

Seeing snakes and rats again! Whole yard needs a lot of attention!! Mowing, edging, string trimming and trimming of all trees! I have to report this neighbor every 2-3 months for the same problems this, kind of babysitting is getting ridiculous!! A grown man should know the responsibilities of living in a house!

Weed growing 2ft high all around the house. Rats,snakes and possums are being sighted as I live next door with my 4yr who plays outside.
