    Trash lines the fence and street in front of 1923 48th Avenue. The residents often have visitors they meet outside their gate and loiter in the cars or on the sidewalks, throwing fast food trash and dumping garbage from their cars into the streets and sidewalk. This has been going on for over a month a now. Please send notice to rental residents and to property owner regarding blight and public nuisance of dumping and littering. The trash is degrading the neighborhood and attracting rodents, making the neighborhood unsanitary and hazardous for infection for children who play along the sidewalks.
