The residents at 3037 Scarsborough have put an old toilet, a glass door, some kind of trolley with a wheel on it and other refuse on their yard at the street. Waste Management wouldn't pick it up and it appears that the residents aren't willing to take it somewhere. This refuse has been sitting in its location for at least 2 weeks.
