    City put up no parking signs on Lyon Street for street sweeping, everyone moved their cars, street sweepers skipped the street. Also, they left a pile of debris in the middle of Olive Street.

    Recycling bin was stolen between 11:00 PM on September 1st and 6 AM on September 2nd. The bin has a yellow 33 hand-painted on both sides - very noticeable. If you see the bin, please call 757-713-9455 or email wsmelton85@gmail.com.
