    This is actually Oakland, not Emeryville... someone has left a couched stool on the side of the road (and a jug of urine) right at the corner of Beach and Wood. It has all been there now for over a week, so I thought I would report it.

    This has all been left here abandoned on the side of the road. It keeps on blowing into the street around a blind corner as cars are driving north on Wood. Yesterday I just missed the shopping cart in the street, and I stopped to move stuff back to median. This morning it is back in the street.

    There are two piles of trash... some of it is bagged... left under the 40th Street Bridge. There is also a large couch that has been left there for the past two weeks. I have included a picture of one of the piles.

    On the corner of Beach and Wood, the homeless have left a container of dirty needles. I am not sure who can take these as I was told by both the trash guys and public works that they could not touch them. There are several in the container.

    I am torn about reporting this as now that you have picked it up twice before, the homeless think that they can always leave trash here and someone will come and pick it up. But there are rats around it every morning so we have to get rid of it.

    It is new on the corner of Beach and Wood right outside our offices. Weird that the homeless that are living at the large pillar of the 40th street bridge did not see it done... I can only imagine that they had something to do with it
