    I know this isn't critical, but as we've been out walking a lot more, I've noticed that it would be fantastic to have a crosswalk that connects from the sidewalk of Silberhorn, across Scholar, and joins the trail along the road. There are already stop signs recently installed, so the traffic has to halt anyway. Right now, I either have to cross at Cavitt and Scholar, or just jaywalk.

    This is my second report for the same item. It is now 9:50 pm on a Tuesday night and there is construction activity taking place across Cavitt Road in the Broadstone shopping Plaza, behind the CVS. I can hear saw and grinding noise, plus see construction workers still active. This is far too late for loud construction noise in a residential area.

    It's 10:30 pm and there is construction noise coming from behind the Bel Air at Broadstone. This occurs almost every night and well after the 6pm cutoff time for construction noise specified in the Municipal Code. It appears to be coming from storage sheds that are over there and clearly carries over to housing across Cavitt Ave.

    Tennis courts in Lembi Park desperately need resurfacing. Also, it would be great to post some large signs stating "no dogs" and "no bikes".

    There is no crosswalk linking the south side of the intersection across Bidwell. Instead, somebody has to cross all 3 other crosswalks just to go across Bidwell. There is no sidewalk that links to the only side which has a crosswalk! We need the 4th side of the intersection to have a crosswalk.
