This intersection has two large drop off holes from a construction repair! It is at least a foot deep at one point, and there is no warning or barriers to divert traffic. This could potentially cause major damage to a vehicles front suspension! Drove past on two days and it is getting worse.! Please at least place a warning sign to alert drivers! One block Westbound of W. Great Neck at Cape Henry Dr and Ebb Tide!

  • Shore Dr At Page Ave Virginia Beach, Virginia - Northeast
Heads up to those coming Westbound Shore Dr. At Page Ave. There is a big pothole, covered by water in the right hand lane, just before you go up the bridge ramp. Thought I was going to lose a wheel just now. 6PM. Looks like a water main leak. Reporting!

It was understandable that we flooded on Sunday, 7/31 with that unbelievable storm. However, with this light rain that is happening now, at 2:30 on 8/2/16, our storm drains are already backed up in front of 2129 Woodlawn and the water is running down our driveway, flooding our property. This has been a recurring problem for so many years. Something significant must be done to alleviate all the headaches we and our neighbors have incurred. Flooded back yards and garages. I have photographs from several incidents. Please take care of this problem. We are getting weary of having to put sandbags out every time it rains. Sincerely, Kevin O'Hara for our neighbors on the 2100 block of Woodlawn Ave. in Pelican Dunes/Ocean Park.

Storm drain backing up again. Even in light rain. Causing us, as well as neighbors, to place sandbags at end of driveway, to keep from flooding property.

We had our storm drains "cleaned" last month, however, they are still not keeping our property from flooding. On Saturday, again, the drains did not work, and the water ran down our driveway, and around the side of our house, into our backyard. This has been going on for several years now, and a more effective solution needs to be applied. We, along with several neighbors, have to place sandbags at the end of our driveways, trying to keep from flooding. We can't be expected to do this every time it rains. Please address this issue before the next rainstorm. Sincerely, Kevin J. O'Hara 757-714-0917 email kohara77@verizon.net
