    Not sure what category this falls in but dog owners seem to be cleaning up after their dogs when walking on the trails, but leaving these lovely packages behind on the trails.

    Any thought on how we could get garbage cans placed strategically around on trails? Obviously an issue to have then dumped but there was actually quite a discussion among residents in this topic in FB Folsom Chat & Watch - so thought I would mention here. People even willing to pay a tax to fund cans!
