Unloading ferry traffic blocks vehicles exiting Harborview Dr. When the ferry unloads, traffic backs up from Winslow Way past the Harborview intersection, impeding exit from the condominium development. The offloading traffic does not stop behind the pedestrian crosswalk as directed by signage. Cross-hatching the pavement as is done on the loading side is very effective in keeping that side of the intersection clear. Please consider a similar treatment to the unloading side.
