    There are many, many small piles of broken glass along the edges of Shafter in both directions. They are placed right where a bicyclist would be riding. The glass is dispersed from 51st all the way to Rockridge BART. It looks like it was first broken and then placed one handfull at a time into the bike lane. Can you please clean it up?

    People keep getting mugged and harassed here.
    I think the darkness is contributing to this.
