School Zone signal flashing at night between 8:30pm and 9:00 pm, should be flashing in the daylight hours when school children are present .

School signals should be operating during school pickup an drop hours. Quite often the signals are not on at the start of school at 8:20am for drop off, 12:30pm for midday drop off and pickup and afternoon pick up when students are present at those times.

Traffic signals at Page and Hanover Streets are constantly going to the walk phase, without any pedestrian traffic .

Signals keep changing for Bridge Street when there isn't a vehicle there.

Signal programming still not working correctly. Normal operations was that westbound traffic on Hanover Street through traffic signal would remain green until pedestrian signal was called for since there isn't any conflicting movements.

Now the signal randomly changes to red and will remain red until a vehicle cues in left turn lane for the signal to proceed on to Lake Ave. The through lane on Hanover Street appears not to have any lane detectors.

Now this issue is most noticeable at times of light traffic where not many vehicles cue up to turn onto Lake Ave. So it would be best to send someone out after 8 or 9 pm to properly witness the programming problem .

New lighted No Turn On Red sign no longer aimed towards Candia Road. The sign is aimed towards Mammoth Road southbound traffic .

I have also reported this to NHDOT as well. Since the upgrade of the northbound Exit 6 off-ramp from one lane to a two lane exit, there hasn't been any lane use signage of pavement markings painted to indicate what each of the lanes are used for. Quite frequently at the bottom of the ramp where the ramp intersects with Candia Road a number of drivers turn left from the center lane on the ramp to the right hand westbound lane of Candia Road causing issues with the drivers in the left turn lane turning left.

Now this could have been designed as a dual left turn lane intersection, but is this is so then this would cause an issue with the next intersection with the southbound on ramp because the left westbound lane is the left turn lane to turn southbound on to the Exit 6 on ramp. Not this lane has some paint marking on the pavement.

With that said the ramp approaching the intersection of Candia Road should have the lanes use indicated by a couple of signs showing the left lane is left turn only and the center lane is straight through and the right lane as right turn only. As well with the traffic signal the center signal head or the one to the right of the left turn signal on the mast arm should be a through arrow instead of a green ball to also better indicate the center lane travel is through only.

Flashing yellow beacon located on the utility pole at Varney and Precourt Streets is no longer aimed at the road. The other beacon across the street ained at Mast Road is blocked by vegetation.
