    city completed construction of handicapped ramps a month ago and put crabgrass down. Original grass was St. Augustine. it need to be put back to original state. contractor has removed the crabgrass, now put down the st. augustine

    Upon completion of construction on ♿️ ramp, contractor replaced grass with some kind of grabgrass. I have removed it. Grass needs to be replaced with St Augustine. That is what contractor removed during construction.

    street is sinking at intersection of Stillbrooke/Torchlight b/c of tree planted directly over storm drain. Flooding of the intersection now occurs anytime there is a heavy rain. Intersection never flooded first 35 years we lived here. Tree causing sidewalk trip hazard and potential problem with COH water main approx 7' away. Tree needs to be removed and street repaired. I've been trying to get this resolved for since fall of 2019 but COH keeps closing case.
