The parking lot exit at "A" and the Canterbury Street intersection, "C", have no restrictions, other than stopping, for exiting in either direction to Platt or Huron Parkway. Yet traffic cannot turn right on Red at Platt/Huron Parkway. The total distance from A to C is 450 feet. What risks are you mitigating at Platt/Huron Parkway that could still be intact at the other points? Please explain your logic because this does not make any sense.
