Recent construction (which has now completed) has left this section of sidewalk unsealed. Needs attention. Hazardous. Also, these is significant issues with level was 9f sidewalk approaching bridge.

Last year construction began on this large condominium building at No. 3 Rd. and Bridgeport Rd. A very nice building in fact! But I will say this - Bridgeport Rd headed west from No. 3, becomes Middle Arm Bridge. Many, many cyclists are using this bridge to get to Sea Island for their jobs, and many for cycling out towards Iona Jetty, McDonald Beach, BCIT, Burkeville, McArthurGlen Outlet Mall, and YVR. Just wondering why there was no plan to make this very sketchy, and confusing bicycle route safer, and accessible to families, and the like? Where is the city of Richmond vision for better infrastructure, and city planning for our futures together? There was ample opportunity to plan for a new cycle pathway on both sides of this apartment building, and just a mere two blocks northeast is a clear effort made by the city to develop cycling paths? The last photo is of that afformentioned pathway. I don't see basic city planning efforts here, but I see a lack of vision. Does the city have any feedback for me to explain themselves? Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe there's a plan in place in the next year or so that will replace these large grassy boulevards, and the janky sidewalk, and the sorry excuse of cement road partition used for fun sling foot, and bicycle traffic. Maybe the city will develop the sidewalk and the shoulder of this road. I'm not sure, but I'm hoping they will.

Interesting is without a pedestrian walk sign for people crossing no. 3 Rd. headed east, on the north side of Bridgeport Rd.

There is a lot of loose gravel in the bike lanes on BOTH sides of Ferguson Rd. between Canada Post and Grauer Rd.

All of Ferguson Rd. is dark, and dangerous at night. Lanes could have raised reflective lane dividers installed, or street lights. Cyclists and Pedestrians (walking to Tenpleton Station from UPS, and Canada Post are not easily seen, especially in the rain. Also, many City of Richmond workers, UPS. and Canada Post traulers are parked on the shoulder, much of the time occupying the entirety of the bike lane. Let us not forget that just over a month ago, a cyclist was killed 9n this road and 2 seriously injured in the same event. The cause was essentially because a large truck was parked in a bike lane! PLEASE light area, or put up signs to help remi d drivers to keep out of the cycle lanes! People are being hurt.

Lots of sand on this corner due to a sand pit used for construction. Does the company have a responsibilty to clean the street, or face fines? Can this area please be cleaned up. Its dangerous to cyclists, cars, and pedestrians.
