Both the north east and south east corner crosswalks flood whenever we have extended periods of precipitation

There are several bad potholes in the alley between 3833 and 3837 N Wilton

The construction barricade for the new building at the nottheast corner of W Sheridan and N Broadway blocked the west bound Sheridan thru traffic lane along the curb. Now the barricade is removed and the sidewalk is restored the no parking signs have not been replaced so parking is occurring in the curb thru traffic lane causing unnecessary congestion.

There is a large rat infestation in the narrow slot between the 917 and 925 W Dakin Buildings. There are a large number of rats observed in the alley around the garbage dumpsters servicing the two buildings and when you enter the alley the rats retreat into the slot between the two buildings (see picture)

There are numerous potholes in both the east and west bound traffic lanes of Lawrence Ave. from Western to California. These blocks of Lawrence seem especially bad for some reason.

There is standing water in the crosswalk at the northeast corner of W Sheridan Rd and Freemont Street

There continues to be flooding in the pedestrian crosswalk on the south east corner of North Sheridan Rd and Irving Park Rd. I've reported this on a number of previous occasions and it constantly gets closed out as completed when it isn't. It continues to occur after every rain and is a hazzard to pedestrians attempting to navagate the crosswalk who often step into traffic while attempting to avoid the flooded crosswalk

The southeast corner in the cross walk continues to flood despite previous reports to See Click Fix on this condition that have been acknowledged and then reported as complete. The condition continues to occur creating a hazzordous condition for Pedestrians as they try to dodge the water and oncomming traffic as they use the crosswalk

There are numerous active rat holes on both the north and south sides of the public sidewalk in front of this property
