    The street lights at the corner of 1st and Hewitt have been out for 2 weeks. I live at 106 S. Hewitt. That end of the block is completely dark at sunset right by my building. As you can imagine this a safety issue for me as woman and for drivers and pedestrians. This needs to be rectified immediately.

    Walking eastward on the 1st Street at Vignes, on the south side of the bridge, there is another pile of trash strewn about underneath the large streetsign. Can't miss this one either. Please clean this up!

    Right on the corner of 1st and Hewitt, in front of my building, across from the car wash, is a large disgusting pile of trash where a garbage dump USED to be. It's been here all week. Needs to go NOW!

    There is ongoing construction on the corner of 1st and Hewitt, exactly where my building is located. For the first time ever, since it started months ago, I am awakened to exceedingly loud and obnoxious construction noises at 3:45 am as I type this. This is so unacceptable! Please have construction limited to at 10pm finish and should not start until 7am.
