The new traffic light just on the other side of 580 going N on MacArthur is WAY too long -and actually dangerous. People are honking, a long line of cars blocks access onto 580 from the right lane and eventually people give up and run the red light. I think the best thing to do would be to time it so it is synchronized with the light just before it on MacArthur. Or even to make it a blinking red light. In addition, there is very little traffic going the other way, I almost wonder if the programming is reversed!
