    Somebody drove a car across North Domingo Baca park, and there are several pieces of a car scattered along the pathway. I don’t see a car and I don’t see what they might have hit, but these parts do constitute a hazard.

    There has been significant water waste going on since at least July 27 when I took the first picture and then this picture today . This isLa CuevaoTtownCcenter in front of the Smith’s grocery store. I spoke to personnel at Smith’s and they said it was the building ownersproblem I saw at least one more decorative pot being overwatered.

    Got a flyer in my water bill that said there would be a summer meal program for youth and to go to website yc.cabq.gov. I went there and could find nothing about meals or food. Did the flyer get ahead of the webpage?

    Parks and Rec department is generally doing a great job. The main park area is beautiful and green. However if you look closer you can see some weeds that create stickers and thorns - even some goatheads. Particularly large crop about 1/2 way between the north and south sidewalks of the main park area and directly in line with the west fence of the handball courts.

    Just now was \looking for city parks and it led me to the site http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=1258ba68b8db47248a1b18f9f2c8dd70&extent=-106.7703,34.936,-106.3752,35.2742
    it gave me the error "The layer, City Parks and Open Space, is not responding." and after a while gave me message that it could not be loaded. Problem with webpage.

    Recycling bin was not picked up. Truck has already picked up the other nine bins on the street. Picture shows location was not impeded by anything. Regular trash bin was picked up.
