When parents pick up their kids at the school in the afternoon they line up on both sides of Citron. Others pull onto the school grounds while others (who should be cited for blocking traffic) park in the middle of the street blocking through traffic while waiting for their kids or an opening to pull onto the school grounds. The kids coming out of the school cross in the middle of the block, running out into the street without looking for oncoming cars causing the cars to brake hard to avoid hitting the little darlings. This is a safety issue as far as the kids are concerned and an inconvenience to the people who live in the area. The city needs to put a traffic unit at the school or have the school resource officer direct traffic in the afternoons.
