I am the property owner. These piles of dirt and stone were illegally dumped on 07-20-2021. I caught the company in the act of dumping and called the police. Police came and ticketed the driver and impounded the dump truck. Multiple City agencies came to the scene. I was assured that the City would remove the piles and bill the company (AYAS LLC) that did the dumping. It is over a year later and the piles are still there. I do not know what to do. I am concerned that I will be issued a blight ticket for these dumped piles. Plus the piles are an eyesore. Please help. Thank you. Tree fell and is resting on overhead wires in alley behind 5971 Grand River, Detroit 48208.

Toilet does not drain and backs up after and during rains and snowfalls. Alley also floods. Had entire property snaked out to assure there is no blockage in building lines. Drain lines are clear out to the alley where the city sewer lines are. Please help. Thank you.
