    People are chronically blocking the bike lane through this island with their cars. Today the curb cut was completely blocked by an illegally parked SUV. Please make this a priority parking enforcement zone. This is a safety hazard for cyclists and pedestrians.

    The traffic light heading east on Ward, trying to cross Sacramento does not detect cyclists. If it's just me on my bike at the intersection, the light never changes. I've waited 5+ minutes. I am unable to cross this intersection on my bike when carrying my daughter. Maybe the the induction loop needs to be recalibrated to detect bikes? This is a safety hazard for cyclists.
