    Private Road Entrance On Upson Between Kneeland And Townsend New Haven, Connecticut - East Shore
    Snow plows damaged the end of the private drive that intersects with Upson Terrace between Townsend Avenue and Kneeland Rd. . Over the past few months , the road has eroded and is dangerous to walk on. All of the residents cars bottom out when pulling in the road. It is causing a lot of damage to cars as well as being unsafe for joggers, pedestrians etc.
