There are drunk homeless underneath the 12 St underpass, there is beer cans and achohal bottles true out the underpass, the underpass stinks of urain and there is fecal matter true out the under pass it, even when the area gets clean it never stays clean, this under pass has become a place I can no longer fill safe to ride my bike thru, or my kids to ride with me true this area, I fear for the saft of the kids who go to the school the near by school and have to pass that every day, this area is no longer safe
